Nebbi District NGO Forum is governed through a structured system that promotes accountability, transparency, participation, and strategic oversight among its member organizations. The governance structure ensures that NDNGOF effectively represents civil society organizations and supports sustainable development across Greater Nebbi and the wider West Nile region.
Governance Structure
The General Assembly is the supreme decision-making body of NDNGOF and consists of registered member organizations.
The Board provides strategic leadership, policy oversight, and guidance on organizational governance, programs, and financial accountability.
The Secretariat, led by the Executive Director, manages day-to-day operations, program implementation, coordination, partnerships, and reporting.
NDNGOF brings together NGOs, CBOs, FBOs, and other not-for-profit organizations working to advance development, accountability, and community empowerment.
