Nebbi District NGO Forum (NDNGOF) is governed through a structured system that promotes transparency, accountability, and participation among member organizations.
The governance structure ensures that the organization effectively represents civil society organizations operating in the Greater Nebbi region including Nebbi, Zombo, and Pakwach districts.
Governance Structure
The General Assembly is the highest decision-making body composed of representatives from member organizations of the forum.
The Board provides strategic leadership, policy guidance, and oversight to ensure the organization fulfills its mission and objectives.
The Secretariat manages the day-to-day operations of the forum and implements programs and activities.
Member organizations participate in governance processes and contribute to the collective work of the forum.
