Nebbi District NGO Forum entered into a partnership with GIZ to implement a project for Strengthening of the Institutional Capacity of Nebbi District NGO Forum under the Civil Society in Uganda Support Programme (CUSP) funded by the European Union.  During the course of nine months, the project will engage in the following series of activities:

• Development of a Strategic Plan
• Training Workshops in Monitoring, Evaluation And Learning (MEAL)
• Workshop to review the Networks, Constitution, Election Guidelines and Board Manual
• Induction workshop for Board Members
• Dialogue meeting for Member Organisations and Board Members
• Training workshop on result-based project design
• Workshop to review finance, procurement and Anti-Fraud policies
• Workshop to review Gender and Human Resource Policy and develop Child Protection Policy
• Procurement, Installation and Training in Quick Books
• Financial Management Training for non-Finance Managers (ED)
